HRIS Expert+Site HRBP
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the APAC HR system team with overall planning of the landscape of HR information, including design, implementation, maintenance, process standardization, continuous improvement, data integration & analytics, resources and budget planning to drive HR operation efficiency.
Works collaboratively with HR leads and other function stakeholders to analyze the current processes and identify the potential opportunities, to drive the journey of APAC HR digital transformation and services integration. Provides insight and prioritization input to key stakeholders.
Provide technical and functional expertise support in HR system (Success Factors, Workdays etc.), Payroll & Time Attendance, Automation, Cross-system Integration, AI technology etc. Stay at the front of market trends in both HR technology and workforce analytics with proactive insights
Collaborate with global HR system to coordinate the global solution deployment into APAC region with effective alignment and influencing communication.
Partnership with TEIS to ensure HR information systems run smoothly, which includes reviewing and testing process flaws, and reducing the running errors with systematic solutions.
Strong vendor management with develop effective vendor, and manages them to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions within established budgets
Manage APAC HR system team with strong people leadership and coaching and talent development skills.
Required Experience
Bachelor degree, with advanced degree preferred.
Computer science or similar major preferred.
Typically requires minimum 8+ years of professional working experience in HR system area with progressive experience in developing, implementing, and managing HR systems and analytical tool (Workday).
APAC work experience is plus.
Must have strategic thinking to lead HR system evolvement with independent thoughts and strong execution from draft to delivery
Strong analytical skills with can-do mindset and proactively identify and define how the HRIS and HR processes meet business needs
Demonstrated ability to manage international and cross-functional projects and manage through ambiguity and competing priorities.
Familiar with matrix organization structure work environment with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
