Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities: • Develop and coordinate the execution of plans for production line(s) for new product(s) with internal teams and external contractors. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure COGS reduction and capacity improvement projects are defined, measured and analyzed to ensure improvement and control. • Creation and maintenance of Process Flow Diagram, Work Instructions, PFMEA and Control Plans. • Process Development: work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure manufacturability and quality targets are achievable. • Process Validation & Verification; ensure products meet requirements and specifications. • Process & Gauge R&R. • Develop & perform process training for staff. • Be a key driver of the Continuous Improvement Processes.
