Position Overview
Lead the overall innovation and open R&D strategy across nutrition, functional ingredients, and food technologies. Drive new product development, technology advancement, and commercialization to enhance industry competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop mid‑ to long‑term innovation strategies and manage the R&D project portfolio.
Lead new product and technology development from concept to commercial launch.
Oversee multidisciplinary R&D teams and strengthen organizational capability.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure project success.
Provide technical support for key customers and manage external research partnerships.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and enhance laboratory quality systems.
职位要求
Master’s degree or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
8+ years of Innovation R&D experience in food, nutrition, or functional ingredients; 3+ years in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in dietary supplements, functional foods, sports nutrition, botanical extracts, and active ingredients.
Proven ability to lead full‑cycle product development.
Strategic, innovative, and execution‑driven leadership.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
International or multinational company experience preferred.
