IT Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. Infrastructure & System Operations • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and office systems. • Ensure reliable performance of business critical applications. • Implement monitoring processes to proactively identify and resolve system issues. 2. Security, Compliance & Governance • Develop and maintain IT policies, security standards, and data protection procedures aligned with Chinese regulatory requirements. • Lead server localization and data residency projects to comply with cybersecurity and data sovereignty laws. • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence. 3. Vendor & Partner Management • Manage relationships with external IT vendors, including MSPs, hardware suppliers, and software partners. • Negotiate contracts, evaluate service performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs. • Coordinate with third parties on system upgrades, infrastructure projects, and compliance initiatives. 4. IT Support & Service Delivery • Oversee daily IT support operations and ensure timely resolution of user issues. • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. • Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans. 5. Planning & Budgeting • Prepare annual IT budgets and manage technology spending. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and technology improvement. • Provide recommendations on new tools, platforms, and solutions to support business growth. Qualifications & Experience Required • Minimum 5 years of IT management or senior IT operations experience. • Fluent in both English and Chinese. • Strong technical background in network administration, server management, and cloud technologies. • Hands on experience with ERP systems and enterprise security practices. • Proven ability to manage external vendors and deliver IT projects on time.
