IT Manager

Role Summary Responsible for overall IT operations, system management, and digital initiatives across retail/FMCG business. Ensures stable store operations, supports business growth, and drives digital transformation. Key Responsibilities • Align IT strategy with business needs across stores, supply chain, e commerce, and marketing • Manage core systems: ERP, POS, CRM, OMS, WMS, membership and e commerce platforms • Lead digital projects end to end: requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, go live • Oversee IT operations for stores, warehouses, and offices; ensure SLA and service quality • Manage IT infrastructure: network, cloud, servers, store devices • Drive data governance, BI dashboards, and analytics initiatives • Ensure information security and compliance • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and SLAs • Plan and control IT budget and asset lifecycle • Lead and develop IT team Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields • 5–10 years of IT experience, preferably in retail/FMCG/e commerce • Strong knowledge of retail operations and supply chain systems • Experience with ERP/POS/CRM/WMS/OMS • Solid project management and vendor management skills • Good communication and cross functional collaboration • Team leadership experience
