• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in supply chain/logistics (focus on ocean freight); 3-5 years KAM team management experience in MNCs; Fluent in English (German/Polish is a plus); Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Strong leadership, analytical and client-facing skills.

Core Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the KAM team, overseeing key account operations (prioritizing ocean freight services).
2. Act as the primary KAM for top-tier key accounts.
3. Ensure team adherence to internal policies, SOPs for key account management.
4. Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks, monitor volume, profitability and pipeline, drive corrective actions when needed.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize client service and resolve escalated issues.
