About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Learning & Development professional to design, implement, and optimize learning programs that enhance employee capability, support organizational growth, and strengthen our talent pipeline. This role partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and subject‑matter experts to deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Program Design
Develop and execute the annual L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and capability requirements.
Design and deliver learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, functional training, and soft‑skills workshops.
Build blended learning solutions using digital, instructor‑led, and experiential formats.
Program Delivery & Facilitation
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
Manage external training vendors, ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness.
Oversee e‑learning platforms and ensure high adoption and learner engagement.
Talent Development & Performance Enablement
Support talent development initiatives such as succession planning, high‑potential programs, and career development frameworks.
Partner with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs) and capability roadmaps.
Provide coaching and guidance on learning best practices.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze learning effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
Continuously improve programs based on data insights and business feedback.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development (adjust based on level).
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience designing blended learning programs and working with LMS/LXP platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Certification in instructional design, coaching, or facilitation (e.g., ATD, CIPD, MBTI, DISC) is a plus.
