• Master and above degree in surface chemistry, polymer, biology, pharmaceutics (topical medications), pharmacology or relevant. PhD highly preferred • A minimum of 3 years in research and new product development is required. Have a strong knowledge of emulsions/liposome/LNP preparation or delivery system. • Excellent problem – solving and analytical skills. Able to progress multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on schedule. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in English is required, with the ability to read, write, and communicate scientific information accurate. • Be curious and self-motivated. • Have a passion for the cosmetics industry and understand its trends. 拥有表面化学、高分子、生物学、药剂学（外用制剂）、药理学或相关专业的硕士以上学位，具有博士学位者优先至少3年研发及新产品开发经验，精通乳液/脂质体/LNP制备或递送系统出色的解决问题与分析能力，能够同时推进多个项目并按时交付熟练掌握植物提取分离纯化及结构鉴定技术；熟悉并能操作多种成分分析仪器，开展检测研究；具备工艺开发能力，能解决问题并保障产品落地； 3 年以上相关工作经验有良好沟通、逻辑思维及问题解决能力，具研发热情；英语读写说能力良好。
