Lean Manager

• Act as IWS expert to support factories in building and executing continuous improvement roadmaps • Benchmark best practices from global and local factory networks to drive performance uplift • Lead ELN Operations Process Mining program and deliver tangible improvement initiatives via digitalization & VSM • Drive Lean capability building (training + deployment) across operations, with leverage of new emerging technologies • Ensure effective KPI tracking, reconciliation, and performance animation at CBU level
