Your New Role As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting listed company compliance, corporate governance and subsidiary management, while also providing general PRC legal support to the business. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with HKEx listed company regulatory filings, governance and compliance matters Supporting the organization and documentation of Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings Managing corporate matters for a large number of PRC subsidiaries, including regulatory registrations and changes Coordinating with external secretarial firms on offshore entity compliance Providing PRC legal support on general corporate and business matters Supporting internal stakeholders across different functions on legal and compliance topics

职位要求

What You'll Need to Succeed PRC bar qualification Law degree from a reputable institution Around 3 years of experience gained from reputable law firms (in-house exposure is a plus) Strong English capability for working in an international environment Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to grow in a corporate legal environment
