In this position, you will move away from pure research and into the heart of legal operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the brand remains compliant with evolving global data laws and corporate standards.
Key duties include:
Managing data privacy workflows and documentation.
Coordinating cross-departmental compliance projects.
Ensuring all corporate governance and filing deadlines are strictly met.
Updating and maintaining the legal database and contract repositories.
职位要求
We are looking for a candidate who is "process-driven" and possesses the following:
3–6 years of experience in a legal support or compliance role.
Essential: A proven track record within a Law Firm environment—you understand the rigor and precision required in high-stakes legal work.
Strong familiarity with Data Privacy regulations (such as GDPR or local equivalents).
The ability to act as a "project manager" for the legal department, keeping various stakeholders on track.
