Logistics Analyst

Bonded Warehouse Operations Oversee daily bonded warehouse activities, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory control, and stock reconciliation. Monitor inbound and outbound bonded materials to ensure compliance with bonded policies and internal procedures. Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including inventory reports, stock movement records, and bonded material tracking. Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment. Conduct regular inventory checks and support annual audits. Customs Affairs (关务) Manage all customs‑related processes for bonded and non‑bonded goods, ensuring compliance with local customs laws and regulations. Work closely with third‑party customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely declaration. Handle customs inquiries, documentation preparation, and support any customs inspections or audits. Monitor regulatory updates and assess potential customs risks or compliance gaps. Maintain complete and accurate customs documentation, including HS codes, declaration forms, and compliance records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in bonded warehouse operations, customs compliance, or trade compliance. Strong understanding of China bonded warehouse policies and customs regulations. Experience working with third‑party customs agents is preferred. Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
