Lead the end‑to‑end manufacturing organization to achieve world‑class performance.
Build a scalable, reliable, and data‑driven manufacturing system that supports rapid product growth and continuous improvement
Develop the manufacturing strategy and annual capacity plan
Design factory layout, production lines, and resource allocation
Drive digital transformation (MES/ERP/WMS) and automation initiatives
Establish standardized manufacturing systems (SOP, WI, process standards)
Oversee SMT, assembly, testing, aging, and packaging operations
Improve line efficiency, UPH, and equipment utilization
Ensure on‑time delivery (OTD) and production schedule adherence
Lead rapid response to major production issues and cross‑functional escalations
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields
10+ years in electronics manufacturing (consumer electronics, smart devices, LED, communications equipment, automotive electronics, etc.)
5+ years in senior manufacturing leadership (Manufacturing Director / Production Director / Plant GM)
Strong experience with SMT + assembly + testing operations
Deep knowledge of production management, process engineering, and quality systems
Strong understanding of NPI, reliability testing, Lean, Six Sigma
Proficient with MES/ERP systems and data‑driven decision‑making
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
