职位描述
Working closely with sites management team to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of operation systems and procedures, ensure people and other manufacturing resources are well planned and deployed, in line with each Site’s capability and capacity development strategy.
职位要求
1.At least 5 years’ experience at a senior managerial position.
2.Fluent in English (in addition to Mandarin), comfortable and effective in US and in a UK business environment.
3.Strong leadership with good people & organization development capabilities in term of coaching and performance management.
4.Experience at leading and managing manufacturing site operation teams and technical personnel, staffing, reviews and goal setting.
