Lead and develop the planning team, ensuring high performance, clear accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and inventory management for China operations.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal supply availability.
Drive S&OP / IBP processes, ensuring alignment between commercial and operational teams.
Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and capacity utilization to support business growth while minimizing cost.
Identify risks in supply and demand, propose mitigation plans, and ensure timely execution.
Optimize planning processes, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency and service level.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Support global and regional supply chain initiatives.
Qualificatio
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
8+ years of planning experience in chemical, manufacturing, or related industries.
At least 3 years of team management experience.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and inventory control.
Solid experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and planning tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
