1. Portfolio Research & Investment Management Conduct in‑depth investment research and independently or collaboratively develop portfolio strategies across assigned asset classes. Formulate investment plans, construct portfolios, and manage day‑to‑day investment activities in line with the firm’s investment philosophy and risk framework. Monitor market developments, evaluate investment opportunities, and adjust portfolio positioning as needed. 2. Strategy Monitoring & Iterative Development Track model portfolios and evaluate strategy performance through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Identify areas for enhancement and support continuous improvement of investment models and processes. Prepare regular performance reviews and contribute to internal investment discussions. 3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with the distribution team to support product launches, ongoing marketing initiatives, and institutional client engagements. Participate in investor roadshows, client meetings, and communication activities by providing investment insights and product‑related updates. Contribute to the development of investment content for marketing and client education.

职位要求

1. Education Master’s degree preferred, especially with a multidisciplinary or hybrid academic background. 2. Professional Experience Minimum 8 years of investment management experience in mutual funds, covering either Equity or Fixed Income Plus strategies. Demonstrated track record in portfolio construction, research, and performance delivery. 3. Skills & Attributes Highly proactive, diligent, and detail‑oriented, with strong analytical capabilities. Effective team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 4. Certifications Possession of the China fund practitioner qualification (AMAC) required.
