Procurement Manager

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of materials and services. Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, including conducting supplier audits and performance assessments. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve optimal commercial outcomes. Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and supply risks to support strategic decision‑making. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality) to understand requirements and ensure alignment. Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to support operational needs. Resolve supplier issues, including delivery delays, quality problems, and contract disputes. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing standards. Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, cost savings, and supplier performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier‑management skills. Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and cost analysis. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
