Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing — Develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure high‑quality goods and services at competitive prices.
Supplier Management — Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Contract Negotiation — Lead commercial negotiations, draft agreements, and manage contract renewals to optimize value and mitigate risk.
Cost Optimization — Analyze spend data, identify savings opportunities, and implement cost‑reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
Risk & Compliance — Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Cross‑functional Collaboration — Partner with operations, finance, R&D, and other teams to understand business needs and support project execution.
Performance Tracking — Establish KPIs, monitor supplier performance, and drive corrective actions when necessary.
Process Improvement — Enhance procurement workflows, introduce automation tools, and promote best practices across the organization.
Inventory & Demand Planning — Work with supply chain teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5–8 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and supplier evaluation methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, technology, or relevant industry is a plus.
