Position Responsibilities:
1.
Market analysis Market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and launch strategy development.
2.
Market Intelligence Monitor medical advancements, policy changes, and market dynamics in relevant therapeutic areas to adjust strategies proactively.
3.
Academic Promotion Execution Assist in planning and executing national/regional academic conferences and department-level promotional activities. Develop evaluation systems to optimize campaign effectiveness.
4.
Expert Network Development Assist in expert database, cultivating core KOL speakers, and establishing tiered expert management system.
5.
Product Training Assist in developing product training materials. Independently conduct training sessions for sales teams on product knowledge, market strategies, and competitive intelligence.
6.
Strategy Implementation Lead and coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and other departments to drive product strategy implementation.

Qualifications:
1.Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field
2.Industry Experience
•Experience in Infection/Respiratory/Critical Care therapeutic areas is surely needed (Must).
•Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing
•Sales or Regional Product Manager (RPM) experience preferred
3.Core Competencies
•Strong market analysis capability and business acumen
•Excellent scientific presentation and KOL engagement skills
4.Language Requirements
•English: workable
•Japanese:JLPT N2 or higher Japanese certification preferred
