Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Allocate and optimize resources across project activities.
Track expenses and report variances to senior management.
Team Leadership
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, IT, or engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin or other languages is a plus for global projects.
