Core Requirements
1. Master's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
2. Over 20 years of experience in automotive/off-highway vehicle industry, with 10+ years in R&D management and 3+ years in senior operational management.
3. Profound expertise in gear transmission, motor technology and power electronics, with strong budget control and technical foresight.
4. Excellent leadership, project management and cross-departmental coordination capabilities.
5. Proficient in English communication, result-oriented and collaborative.
职位要求
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist GM in formulating and executing strategic plans to drive cross-departmental collaboration and achieve business goals.
2. Optimize business processes, promote digital and automated transformation to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Develop technical roadmaps and R&D plans, leading core technology breakthroughs and achievement transformation.
4. Manage R&D budget and project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality completion within budget.
5. Build R&D talent echelons and intellectual property systems, providing technical support for external cooperation.
