Your new role Reporting functionally to the Legal Director for Markets, you will act as a standalone Regional Counsel overseeing legal affairs for China, SEA This is a generalist role with a strategic focus: Corporate Governance: Act as the Company Secretary, maintaining corporate records and preparing board resolutions. Commercial Advisory: Provide legal support on diverse matters including e-commerce, digital marketing, consumer protection, and IP. You will be a key advisor on direct selling regulations. Contract & Compliance: Draft and review commercial contracts while working closely with R&D, HR, and Privacy teams to manage compliance risks. Dispute Resolution: Manage external counsel for litigation cases and support tax-related disputes.

职位要求

Education Background: LL.B above with PRC Bar. Experience: Minimum 7 years of PQE, with at least 2-3 years in legal role within an MNC. Industry Background: Prior experience in FMCG, Direct Selling, or Pharma is highly preferred. Soft Skills: You should be solution-oriented with strong business acumen and the ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
