本公司中国区诚聘一位经验丰富且具战略视野的销售总监,负责领导食品与饮料行业的商业增长。该职位将统筹全国销售战略、大客户管理、经销商发展及跨部门协作,加速公司在中国市场的业务扩张。
Our China operation is seeking an experienced, strategic Sales Director to lead commercial growth across the food & beverage industry. This role will oversee national sales strategy, key account management, distributor development, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate our market expansion in China.
主要职责 Key Responsibilities
1. 销售战略与业务领导 / Sales Strategy & Business Leadership
制定并执行中国区年度销售战略、增长目标与商业计划
推动饮料、乳品、烘焙、啤酒、功能饮料、植物基等核心业务持续增长
负责销售预测、利润管理、定价策略与商业分析
推动创新解决方案(风味、天然配料、植物基、营养解决方案)在客户端的落地
Develop and execute annual sales strategy, growth targets, and business plans for China
Drive sustained growth across core sectors: beverages, dairy, bakery, beer, functional drinks, and plant-based
Own sales forecasting, margin management, pricing strategy, and commercial analysis
Drive customer adoption of innovative solutions (flavors, natural ingredients, plant-based, nutritional solutions)
2. 大客户管理 / Key Account Management
深度管理全国KA客户,包括大型饮料集团、食品制造商、乳品企业、啤酒厂等
主导商务谈判、年度协议、项目开发与长期战略合作
与技术团队协同推动客户新产品开发与应用解决方案
Deeply manage national key accounts, including major beverage groups, food manufacturers, dairies, and breweries
Lead commercial negotiations, annual framework agreements, project development, and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with technical teams to drive customer NPD and application solutions
3. 经销商与渠道发展 / Distributor & Channel Development
建立并优化全国经销商体系
制定渠道策略、价格体系、库存管理与培训机制
确保渠道严格执行品牌标准与技术服务规范
Establish and optimize national distributor network
Define channel strategy, pricing system, inventory management, and training mechanisms
Ensure consistent brand standards and technical service compliance across channels
4. 团队管理 / Team Management
统筹管理全国销售团队(KA、区域销售、技术销售)
制定KPI、激励机制与绩效管理体系
提升团队的行业理解、技术能力与解决方案式销售能力
Lead national sales team covering KA, regional sales, and technical sales
Establish KPIs, incentive schemes, and performance management systems
Enhance team’s industry knowledge, technical capabilities, and solution-selling skills
5. 跨部门协同 / Cross-Functional Collaboration
与研发、市场、供应链、质量团队紧密合作
推动客户项目从概念→配方→应用→商业化的全流程
与全球总部沟通市场趋势、产品策略与创新方向
Work closely with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and quality teams
Drive end-to-end customer projects from concept → formulation → application → commercialization
Communicate market trends, product strategy, and innovation direction with global headquarters
职位要求
任职资格 Qualifications & Requirements
工作经验 / Experience
10年以上食品饮料行业B2B销售管理经验
熟悉饮料、食品、乳品、啤酒、功能饮料或原料供应链
具备全国销售团队与KA客户管理经验
有国际公司背景优先
10+ years of B2B sales management experience in food & beverage industry
Strong knowledge of beverages, food, dairy, beer, functional drinks, or ingredient supply chain
Proven experience managing national sales teams and key accounts
Background with international companies preferred
