Sales Manager (Calcium Carbonate) - Home Base   Company Overview A leading Vietnam-based mineral manufacturer & supplier, specializing in high-quality ground calcium carbonate (GCC) for coatings, plastics, rubber industries. With robust international trade experience, we’re expanding in China and seeking a proactive sales professional.   Work Location Home Base (China); occasional business trips if required.   Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote GCC products in China, meet sales targets, and expand customer base. 2. Identify potential clients in coatings/plastics/rubber sectors, conduct market research, and manage full sales cycle (prospecting to post-sales). 3. Coordinate with Vietnam headquarters on import logistics, supply chain, and after-sales support. 4. Submit sales reports, analyze market feedback, and propose strategy optimizations. 5. 职位要求

Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science preferred. 2. 3+ years of sales experience in calcium carbonate/minerals/chemical materials; proven sales track record. 3. Fluent in English (written & spoken) for cross-border communication. 4. Familiar with China’s target industries; existing customer resources are a strong plus. 5. Experience in import/export business of chemical/mineral products, understanding import procedures. 6. Self-driven, strong negotiation & client development skills; able to work independently. 7. Young high-potential talents or candidates with extensive experience + mature client base are both welcome.
