Sales manager

Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. Experience 5–10+ years of sales or key account experience in the automotive industry. Direct experience working with U.S. OEMs or U.S. Tier‑1 suppliers is strongly preferred. Familiarity with automotive project processes (RFQ, APQP, PPAP, SOP, cost‑down cycles). Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of automotive components, systems, or electronics. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with U.S. customers. Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial analysis capabilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global, cross‑functional environment. Fluent English communication (written & spoken); additional languages a plus.
