• Salary Range: Negotiable
• Work Location: Home-based or Shanghai (West/East of the headquarters)
• Company Profile: A U.S.-based family-owned enterprise, a leader in the Y racing field and a niche player in the gear industry. Focuses on three-electric systems (including gears, motors, battery systems, etc.), mainly serving off-highway vehicles, with key clients including Kubota, Komatsu, Doosan, etc. Seeks opportunities in the transformative era of electric and passenger vehicles.
Core Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of sales experience in the three-electric system, gear or related automotive/off-highway vehicle fields.
2. In-depth understanding of Japanese and Korean business cultures, with proven experience in serving clients from Japan and South Korea.
3. Strong client development and relationship management capabilities, with a track record of expanding business with existing clients and acquiring new projects.
4. Familiarity with the off-highway vehicle market and key clients in Japan and South Korea, with sharp market insight and business acumen.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation and cross-cultural collaboration skills, proficient in English and Japanese/Korean.

1. Responsible for sales operations in Japan and South Korea, deepening cooperation with existing clients to expand business volume and project scope.
2. Develop new clients and explore new business opportunities, establishing stable cooperative relationships to achieve sales targets.
3. Conduct market research and analysis, grasping industry trends and competitor dynamics to provide strategic suggestions for the company's market layout.
4. Maintain close communication with internal teams, coordinating resources to ensure efficient delivery of customer needs and projects.
5. Promote the company's three-electric system products in the target market, enhancing brand influence and market share.
