Develop distributors and set up channels system to push sales and promote revenues.
Prepare for month/quarter/annual sales forecasts and following the sales targets.
Forecast the market trends and analysis to push the product development, ensure the products to maintain the leadership.
Drive market activities to enhance the consciousness, acceptability and sales of the products, Including new product launching, exhibitions and seminars, etc.
Establish effectively relationship and collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Service, etc) to address the key business issues and opportunities
职位要求
Deep understand market in each territory of competitor and implement effective strategies for business growth.
Create and implement effective sales strategies.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales of medical equipment.
Proven track record in medical equipment sales and marketing and a solid background in this field
Independent, assertive, self-starter with the ability to work with a diverse team.
Strong communication skills and organizational talent
