SAP Manager (FICO)

Job Responsibilities: • Deliver efficient and stable solutions within the SAP system by configuration or by preparing functional specification documents to meet business requirements. • Prepare project, development, deployment, and support documentation in accordance with IT standards. • Ensure delivered solutions integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules and comply with SAP and IT guidelines. • Collaborate with users to prepare test scripts for system enhancements or change requests, ensuring adequate validation of solutions. • Provide end-user training, including the creation of training materials and the setup of training environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure stable operations. Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years of SAP system experience, with a strong focus on the FICO module. • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields. • In-depth understanding of financial processes and the FICO module within ERP systems. • Experience in financial consolidation and planning systems is preferred; familiarity with tax or leasing systems is a plus. • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in virtual teams, promote information sharing, and enhance overall efficiency.
