SAP QM Stream Lead

Role Summary The SAP QM Stream Lead is responsible for leading the Quality Management (QM) workstream in SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. This role ensures end to end solution design, integration, delivery quality, and alignment with business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead the SAP QM workstream in global or regional SAP projects (S/4HANA or ECC) • Drive requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design for QM processes • Configure SAP QM modules including inspection planning, quality notifications, results recording, usage decision, and quality certificates • Ensure integration with PP, MM, WM/EWM, PM, and other relevant modules • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements • Lead SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and resolution • Provide expert guidance to business stakeholders on SAP QM best practices • Support cutover planning, go live activities, and hypercare • Manage change requests, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Act as the primary contact for QM-related issues and coordinate with global teams and vendors Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields • 5+ years of hands on SAP QM experience, including configuration and solution design • Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes (IQC, IPQC, OQC, NC handling, CAPA, etc.) • Experience in SAP S/4HANA preferred • Familiar with integration across PP/MM/WM/EWM/PM • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience in leading workstreams or small teams Preferred • Experience in global SAP rollout projects • Knowledge of GxP, ISO, or regulated industry quality standards • Experience with Fiori apps, workflow, or QM related automation • SAP certification in QM
