Key Responsibilities
Lead holistic brand planning and integration, developing strategies and execution plans based on market insights, consumer research, and behavioral data.
Analyze and interpret diverse data sources to guide complex business decisions and generate actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with strategic partners to shape marketing strategy and go‑to‑market plans. Oversee cross‑functional teams to execute campaigns, including long‑term brand building, seasonal initiatives, and franchise‑related programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support continuous brand and business growth.

Desired Qualifications
10+ years of directly relevant experience in brand management or marketing.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong interpersonal maturity and the ability to navigate complexity.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to evaluate multi‑platform data and translate insights into strategic actions.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, planning capability, and project management experience.
Solid background in brand management, including business planning, marketing strategy development, and holistic campaign execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, including strong presentation abilities.
