• Participate in annual Budget and the following-4 year business plan including target and budget results analysis from region prospective.
• Review budget and track performance to ensure continuous improvements from regional perspective
• Prepare and consolidate China monthly post to the global.
• Review and analysis kinds of reports including A3, FEP and new projects to RCO management.
• Leading deep dive for the red units and follow the action plans.
• Support M&A for various projects on finance review and analysis.
• Help desk to OpCos finance teams as necessary.
职位要求
• At least 10 years in finance planning and analysis areas, especially in regional/headquarter.
• Must have manufactory experiences, auto business preference.
• Proficient in Office, especially in PPT.
• English can be working language.
