Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts, exploring customers’ potential needs and establishing long-term partnerships
- Formulate and implement sales strategies for key accounts, leading project negotiations, contract signing, and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams in technology, product, and supply chain to ensure efficient project delivery
- Gain in-depth understanding of the company's products, providing customized solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments, continuously identifying new business opportunities
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering or related fields
- At least 8 years’ tier 1 experience in key account management or technical sales in B2B industries; experience in semiconductors, sensors, or electronics preferred
- Excellent business development skills, negotiation acumen, and project management capabilities
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-border clients
- Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and able to work collaboratively in a multitasking environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
