Our client, a world‑renowned industrial company, is hiring a Senior Legal Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to its China leadership team. This is a high‑visibility role shaping legal strategy for a business undergoing significant transformation and growth.
What You Will Do
Partner with senior executives to drive legally sound business strategies
Lead high‑impact legal initiatives across commercial, compliance, and corporate governance
Manage complex negotiations and provide pragmatic, business‑oriented legal solutions
Strengthen compliance culture and oversee regulatory risk management
Support global projects and collaborate with international legal colleagues
What You Bring
10–15 years of PQE, top law firms + in‑house roles
Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance risk with business needs
Proven experience advising senior leadership in multinational settings
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
