Key Responsibilities Demand Planning — Develop and maintain mid‑ to long‑term demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and commercial inputs to improve forecast accuracy. Master Production Scheduling — Create and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on capacity, equipment availability, batch constraints, and regulatory requirements. Material Requirements Planning — Execute MRP, ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and critical supplies (e.g., enzymes, antibodies, sterile disposables). Supply Chain Coordination — Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Project Management to ensure alignment and resolve planning bottlenecks. Project Planning Support — Support new product introduction (NPI), tech transfer, and process changes by developing integrated project plans and risk assessments. Risk Management — Identify supply risks such as single‑source materials, long lead times, or cold‑chain constraints; implement mitigation strategies. Process & System Optimization — Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support ERP/APS enhancements to improve planning accuracy and efficiency. KPI Management — Monitor and improve key metrics including OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and production adherence.

职位要求

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years of planning or supply chain experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, diagnostics, or CDMO environments. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MPS/MRP, capacity planning, and inventory management Familiarity with GMP, ISO13485, or other regulated manufacturing environments Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, or similar ERP/APS systems Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Communication: Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Language: Proficient in English for technical documentation and global collaboration.
