SOE Sr. RM- VP

Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain commercial activity of corporate clients (SOE, top POE) Maintain existing SOE/POE   client relationship across China, Develop client intimacy and content driven dialogue Originate and execute transactions from flow to structured finance to strategic transaction Prepare transaction rationale paper for presentation to the business committee (profitability calculation…) Visit/Call client and prepare marketing material, meeting minutes, and follow up action plan Monitor credit Perform credit due diligence Participate to the credit memo presentation to the credit committee Participate to credit committee Support Senior Banker in their commercial activity Prepare marketing material, commercial action plan, client budget, client briefing memo Visit / call clients with Senior Banker Manage follow up action plan with client and product teams
