Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy — Define and implement long‑term supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics. End‑to‑End Operations Management — Oversee procurement, planning, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless operations. Demand & Supply Planning — Lead forecasting, S&OP processes, and capacity planning to balance demand, inventory, and production. Supplier & Partner Management — Build strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate high‑value contracts, and ensure performance excellence. Logistics & Distribution — Optimize transportation, warehousing, and last‑mile delivery to improve service levels and reduce cost. Cost Optimization — Drive cost‑saving initiatives across sourcing, inventory, and logistics while maintaining quality and reliability. Risk Management — Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity. Digital Transformation — Lead adoption of digital tools, automation, and analytics to enhance visibility and decision‑making. Cross‑functional Leadership — Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, finance, and product teams to support business priorities. Team Leadership — Build and mentor a high‑performing supply chain organization, fostering continuous improvement and accountability. Performance Management — Establish KPIs, monitor operational performance, and drive corrective actions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization. Strong understanding of global supply chain trends, compliance requirements, and risk management. Proficiency with ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, technology, or multinational environments is highly desirable.
