TechHR AI Talent Acquisition | Python & AI Recruitment | AI-First Engineering Support Key Responsibilities Technical Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Recruit Python developers, AI engineers, and other AI-related technical talents • Source candidates through recruitment platforms, technical communities, universities, AI/technology hubs, and networking channels • Actively build relationships with top Chinese universities and identify high-potential AI and Python engineering talents • Spend significant time sourcing and engaging candidates from leading AI and technology ecosystems • Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic technical suitability • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and onboarding • Work closely with the Engineering Manager on hiring priorities and recruitment strategy • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI and Python engineering talent Required • 3–8 years of experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or people operations • Experience recruiting Python developers, AI engineers, or other AI-related technical roles • Basic understanding of Python, AI tools, or AI engineering concepts • Strong communication and coordination skills • Good organisational and follow-up capability • Able to work in a fast-moving and technology-driven environment
