1Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the software lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, development, maintenance) in compliance with QMS and company SDLC procedures. Lead the software engineering team, drive delivery, and plan the technology roadmap. Build team capability and develop talent. Collaborate with global and Wuxi local cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues, improve commonality, and enhance quality. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in software development/project management, familiar with Agile methods; 6+ years of C++ engineering experience. Skills: Proficient in C, C++, MFC, QT, with strong object‑oriented analysis and design skills; experienced in Windows application development. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Engineering. Soft Skills: Quick learner, self‑starter, results‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks; strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills. Language: Excellent global communication skills in English.
