Your new role
As Technical Sales Manager, you will drive business development by combining technical expertise with customer-focused sales strategies. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage projects, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to influence key accounts and expand market presence in China’s dynamic industrial sector.
What you’ll do
Design and deliver technical solutions in collaboration with customers and internal engineering teams
Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Lead project development from initiation to completion, ensuring customer support throughout
Oversee project management and reporting on opportunities, competitor activity, and client needs
Partner with senior leadership to align customer applications with business strategy
What you’ll need to succeed
University degree in engineering (process, mechanical, electrical, physics, or related) with 4–6 years’ experience
Strong market knowledge and proven technical sales skills in complex environments
Fluency in Mandarin and English with excellent communication abilities
Demonstrated problem-solving capability and cross-functional collaboration skills
High initiative, organizational strength, and a long-term career mindset
