Coordinate bulk commodity traffic arrangements, including shipment scheduling, carrier liaison, and delivery status tracking to meet contractual timelines. 2. Manage full-cycle L/C operations: verify terms, prepare compliant documents, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with banks/customers for timely payment settlement. 3. Oversee contract execution tasks: order confirmation, document preparation, and reconciliation of shipping & customs papers against contractual obligations. 4. Communicate proficiently in English with global internal/external stakeholders, providing real-time updates on traffic and contract progress. 5. Maintain accurate records of traffic arrangements, contract documents and transactions, and support performance reporting. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Finance or related field. 2. 1–3 years of documentary follow-up or traffic coordination experience in bulk commodities; mining industry exposure is a plus. 3. Solid knowledge of L/C processes (issuance, presentation, discrepancy resolution). 4. Fluent English (oral & written) for cross-border communications; Mandarin bilingualism is preferred. 5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with the company.
