Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR and market share.
· Analyze demand, competition, and market trends to adjust revenue tactics.
· Maintain rate integrity and inventory controls across all distribution channels.
· Prepare and present weekly forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and hotel teams to execute revenue-driving initiatives.
· Ensure accuracy of data in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS V5i, OnQ R&I).
Requirements:
· Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
· Proficiency in revenue management tools (IDeaS, Opera, etc.) and strong analytical skills.
· Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
· Results-oriented with a focus on driving RevPAR, EBITDA, and market share growth.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
