Key Responsibilities
Lead category strategy development, including market analysis, cost modeling, risk assessment, and long‑term sourcing roadmaps.
Manage the full supplier lifecycle: selection, qualification, negotiation, performance management, and continuous improvement.
Drive cost optimization initiatives, including value engineering, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and competitive sourcing.
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and business priorities.
Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure quality, delivery reliability, and capacity readiness.
Monitor global market trends, commodity movements, and technology developments to support proactive category planning.
Support global procurement governance, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Lead cross‑functional projects to enhance procurement processes, digital tools, and data transparency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain within industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing environments.
Strong negotiation, supplier development, and contract management skills.
Solid understanding of cost structures, manufacturing processes, and supply market dynamics.
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent English communication skills; global exposure preferred.
High integrity, analytical mindset, and strong ownership of results.
