Investment Strategy & Market Development
Develop investment strategies aligned with the company’s long‑term energy storage roadmap.
Identify and evaluate new opportunities in utility‑scale storage, C&I storage, microgrids, and renewable‑plus‑storage projects.
Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk assessments for potential investments.
Monitor policy trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive dynamics in China and APAC.
Project Sourcing & Deal Execution
Source high‑potential projects, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and greenfield developments.
Lead full‑cycle deal execution: due diligence, commercial negotiation, contract structuring, and internal approvals.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of energy storage investment opportunities.
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
Establish and manage relationships with utilities, grid operators, IPPs, developers, EPCs, and financial institutions.
Drive strategic partnerships to support market entry, project development, and technology deployment.
Represent the company in industry forums, policy discussions, and investment negotiations.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, product, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure investment decisions align with technical and commercial requirements.
Support localization strategy, supply chain planning, and long‑term capacity expansion.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on market trends and investment priorities.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high‑performing investment and business development team.
Develop capabilities in project evaluation, financial analysis, and strategic partnerships.
