Focuses on three-electric systems (including gears, motors, battery systems, etc.), mainly serving off-highway vehicles, with key clients including Kubota, Komatsu, Doosan, etc. Seeks opportunities in the transformative era of electric and passenger vehicles.
Core Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of sales experience in the three-electric system, gear or related automotive/off-highway vehicle fields.
2. In-depth understanding of Japanese and Korean business cultures, with proven experience in serving clients from Japan and South Korea.
3. Strong client development and relationship management capabilities, with a track record of expanding business with existing clients and acquiring new projects.
4. Familiarity with the off-highway vehicle market and key clients in Japan and South Korea, with sharp market insight and business acumen.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation and cross-cultural collaboration skills, proficient in English and Japanese/Korean.
