Chemical & Biological Production Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and financial targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through value selling to the existing and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements and terms of service.
Fully utilize Salesforce (CRM), input/analyze sales data, track performance, and make decision based on data analysis.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts and results.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support, operations and customer service, to smoothly deliver the services to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years working experience in sales or key account management
The industry background is required, including but not limited to coatings, oil/gas, power, infrastructure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales-related tools
