• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local government authorities especially in Indonesia, including but not limited to public security, fire department, labor bureau, environmental agencies, planning authorities, and local administrative offices
• Act as the key liaison for government engagement activities, including official visits, inspections, and external communications
• Ensure smooth execution of government-related matters, proactively manage risks, and respond to potential regulatory or compliance issues
• Lead and manage government application and filing processes, including business licenses, project approvals, and policy-related submissions (e.g., corporate qualifications, technology programs, industrial and talent-related initiatives)
• Support end-to-end government-supported project management, from initial application and approval to final execution and closure, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Closely monitor local policy developments and regulatory updates, providing timely insights and supporting internal decision-making
• Manage documentation, reporting, and communication related to government affairs
