Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute e commerce and omni channel market strategies for the North American region, aligning with the company’s overall sales targets and market share growth. Conduct in depth analysis of North American market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to support brand positioning, business expansion, and major strategic decisions.
2. Lead integrated marketing campaigns for core products, overseeing the full cycle from strategy planning, creative development, and channel activation to performance review. Achieve objectives related to product awareness, reputation, and conversion, and be accountable for brand visibility, user engagement, and marketing ROI.
3. Oversee marketing data monitoring and deep performance analysis, continuously optimizing marketing activities, advertising strategies, and user operations through data insights to improve brand exposure, click through rates, conversion rates, and overall efficiency.
4. Drive cross functional collaboration and end to end alignment across merchandising, design, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure visual and brand consistency. Coordinate marketing timelines, resource execution, and project delivery to ensure seamless implementation of strategies across all levels.
5. Build and manage the marketing team, defining roles, supporting capability development, and establishing standardized marketing methodologies and SOPs to enhance team professionalism and operational efficiency.
