Role Purpose
Oversee workforce, materials, and production processes across assigned manufacturing areas to ensure operational targets are consistently achieved. This includes meeting production schedules and performance indicators such as labor productivity, OEE, scrap and rework levels, schedule adherence, cost performance, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards while driving continuous improvement and supporting major initiatives such as new product launches and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the production organization, ensuring efficient and stable daily operations.
Deliver performance goals related to labor utilization, on‑time delivery, scrap and rework rates, and other KPIs. Conduct routine performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Evaluate team performance, administer recognition and corrective actions, and support employee development through coaching and mentoring.
Ensure production teams understand and follow the established quality management system.
Achieve cost targets for assigned product families, including labor, tooling, consumables, quality losses, and energy usage.
Partner with the EHS function to implement safety improvements, maintain regulatory compliance, and conduct risk assessments.
Lead Lean and continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, workflow, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to secure material availability, manage inventory, and support warehousing and transportation activities.
Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives across departments, ensuring processes are standardized, monitored, and sustained.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide timely support for prototype builds, sample preparation, and new product introductions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including direct leadership responsibility for a team of 5 or more.
Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of achieving operational results.
Solid understanding of Lean methodologies, TPM practices, and quality management systems.
Highly organized, self‑driven, and capable of working independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Logical thinker with strong resilience under pressure.
Proficient in written English and Microsoft Office tools.

Full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Remote work may be required occasionally.
