Customer & Technical Support
Provide expert application support through on‑site visits, remote sessions, phone, and email
Deliver hands‑on demonstrations, instrument operation training, and workflow optimisation
Troubleshoot application, method, and system challenges to ensure successful customer outcomes
Pre‑Sales & Business Support
Partner closely with Sales to identify, develop, and maximise business opportunities
Support customer discussions by aligning product capabilities to real‑world workflows
Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
Product & Market Expertise
Support the small molecule, peptide, and scale‑up systems portfolio
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Advise internally and externally on best practices in synthesis, purification, and evaporation workflows
Marketing & Scientific Contribution
Contribute to application notes, brochures, posters, and scientific presentations (English)
Present technical content at conferences, trade shows, and customer events as required
