Key Responsibilities
Project Planning — Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Technical Coordination — Provide engineering support, review technical documents, and ensure design compliance with standards.
Vendor & Contractor Management — Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Progress Monitoring — Track project milestones, identify risks, and support mitigation plans.
Quality Assurance — Conduct inspections, review test reports, and ensure adherence to engineering and safety standards.
Documentation Control — Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and change requests.
Stakeholder Communication — Facilitate meetings, prepare status updates, and support cross‑department collaboration.
Site Support — Provide on‑site technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
2–5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar technical role.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or relevant industry software.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment.
